The Adobe Photoshop CC Thumbnail option is the most popular thumbnail option offered by Noctalosis that consists of creating a 1280px by 720px photoshop file saved at a 300dpi resolution for best results. They're produced in PNG format (which is the higher quality saving option) with the PSD provided upon check-marked request via dropbox.

It's recommended that while you're recording that you also think about your video and title, what you want to convey, or what you want the video to be about. Maybe a secret? Or leading up to a big reveal! Whatever the case, get creative and remember to take screenshots of your in-game gameplay to provide me when placing an order for a youtube thumbnail.When providing multiple screenshots this is called 'assets' and at no extra charge I can include multiple creatures or aspects of each asset into one final thumbnail, creating an original scene instead of expanding upon and enriching the quality of a single scene.

CONSUMER TERMS OF SERVICE

PLEASE CONSIDER REVIEWING THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION CAREFULLY

These terms of service refer to the sale and purchase of content produced by the artist Noctalos, sometimes known as Noctalosis, available at specific social media locations. By obtaining content made by Noctalos the consumer resuming role as partial-content-handler must hereby agree to the artists terms of service. The consumer is acknowledging this information, as written below, regardless of whether or not they have read the content of this document.

—THE INFORMATION PROVIDED WITHIN THIS DOCUMENT IS LIABLE TO CHANGE AT ANY TIME—

DISCLAIMER

If the consumer favors speed over quality please be aware that the artist Noctalos may not be a desired choice of commission. This artist does not produce work at a quick and easy pace, as ‘working pace’ may be subject to the artist and their working style. If the artist finds the consumer undesirable to engage, or is being harassed by the consumer—proving to be difficult, upset, or unreliable—the artist reserves the right to refuse, drop, or refund the commission in question.By purchasing content or commissioning the artist Noctalos, the consumer is purchasing not only partial claim to intellectual property, but is paying for labor spent as well. The artist retains copyrights over their work and has the right to redistribute, reproduce, or promote sample use of the image as the artist sees fit. The artist will not resell commissioned work and the artist does not permit use of any kind of their commissioned work, unless purchased for, or by the consumer through a third party.

▼ INVOICE AND PAYMENT

Payment is required upfront for all commission-related transactions with the artist Noctalos, also known as NoctalosART. After the commission has been agreed upon and/or approved with the artist having given confirmation the artist will then issue an invoice that is to be paid promptly upon arrival. Payment will be expected within twenty-four hours of invoice distribution. If the consumer does not have the discussed payment they are required to report to the artist within twenty-four hours of invoice arrival to negotiate the agreement of their prior made commission. Failure to do so may result in the commission being dropped. Repeated offenses may result in blacklisting.

▼ INVOICE DETAILS

The invoice sent out to the consumer will entail a date of order, a location of order (user client/deviantArt/other) as well as details regarding the contents of the purchased item and the price of each item listed. A personable thank you will be located at the bottom as well as a link to the entire Terms of Service and a short abbreviation to accompany the provided link, which will be included in the appropriate area. Anything additional must be requested and discussed with the artist prior to invoice distribution.

▼ PAYMENT PLAN

This option is not available to everyone, this is a privilege available only to consumers who have earned it. Consumers with good purchase and payment history are eligible to discuss this option. If the consumer fails to provide payment as agreed upon under the time limit provided, they are subject to a refund (only partial refund if work has begun) and their commission will be dropped. If the consumer does not approach the artist or reply to inquiries from the artist and still fails to pay the agreed amount on the schedule discussed, the consumer is subject to blacklisting and the commission will be dropped and/or subject to revision as a presale item.

▼ QUOTES AND PRICES

Prices are non-negotiable. Unless stated otherwise, or offered by the artist, the set price of an item or multiple items are final—an example of this being an auction won for x amount, the winner will not be permitted to pay less than their bid, violations face the possibility of being blacklisted. Quotes regarding custom references, creature character design, etc, will be quoted based on complexity at thirty-five dollars an hour with a brief time estimate provided. The consumer may prepay the hours provided in their quote before work begins, however work may extend beyond the quoted time and as a result the commission might pause or delay for when the consumer can continue paying the thirty-five an hour charge for however many hours required to complete their commission.

Please be aware of this sensitive detail as it has upset many commissioners in the past.

▼ HOW TO TIP IN PAYPAL

Select the option “SEND AS GIFT TO FRIENDS AND/OR FAMILY” be sure to inspect the selection carefully and look out for where shipping is confirmed as it will be an option controlled by the consumer, so be sure to handle it accordingly. Select the "NO SHIPPING" option before filing the desired amount you'd like to send. Please state firmly in the notes that this is a tip and/or donation for the artist Noctalo. Click send and know that Noctalos is very grateful for both your support and generous donation!

REQUESTING UPDATES

Should the consumer desire an update, the consumer is responsible for asking! Please include a clear statement describing the desire to be provided with updates when placing a commission with the artist as the artist does not always work in stages of sketch, line art, flat, etc, and thus the current progress of the product may be very concerning to the commissioner when shared upon request. Anywhere from two to three updates are allowed, anything requested (and/or demanded of the artist) beyond that is a privilege that the artist may and can refuse otherwise. Do not contact the artist Noctalos outside of business related areas to discuss business. Please be courteous of this request and keep business strictly limited to deviantArt, gmail or to the provided commissioning platform.

REQUESTING EDITS

DISCLAIMER
The consumer is commissioning the artist for their skill, for their style, for their education of content learned and the artist will always strive to please the consumer but will not change their style or copy the style of another artist should the consumer desire. The artist especially will not plagiarize or violate copyright or partake in copyright infringement.The artist Noctalos will allow edits given that there is time in-between the beginning of a commission and the commission due date, smaller edits during live-stream commissions are accepted, but larger edits may require additional payment to process. Many edits requested during a deadline may set the artist back and cause delays with other commissions scheduled in line, this may incur charges to compensate for time spent towards catering to immediate demands. The artist encourages that, should the consumer be detailed, articulate, or informative that they request updates at the beginning of their commission to allow the artist time to build in a preview and wait period, and complete edits as requested. Edits requested on a finished, polished, final product will be difficult and may incur additional charges so as to compensate for extra time spent beyond completing a finished product especially in cases where updates were not requested prior. Edits entailing grand changes will be discussed and may incur additional charges. It is the consumer's responsibility for communicating with the artist but please be reminded that courtesy, patience and understanding, is key to maintaining a positive working relationship between consumer and artist.▼ Asking for multiple live edits/large edits during livestream commissions:
The artist Noctalos will allow edits during livestream while working live but please be mindful of backseat driving! Small edits during live-stream commissions are accepted, but large edits may require additional payment to process. The reason for this being that large edits or multiple small edits during a livestream may cause multiple setbacks and cause both the artist and other commissioners frustration.

▼ HOW TO TIP IN PAYPAL

The consumer may always request to change a commission under one or two of the following conditions:#1 The artist has not yet begun the commission.
#2 The commission hasn't yet been paid for and thus has not been started.Should the consumer not meet the above conditions, changing a commission may still be allowed and for as many times as the consumer may desire, given that the consumer agrees upon payment matches and additional incurring charges of the content changed. The artist will not be refunding payment to complete less than what was agreed and the artist will not complete artwork worth more than what has been paid.

PROCESS

Over time the artist may experience growth and expansion of their skill-set that will change the process and approach of their artwork. Not all commissions are approached the same, or entail the same method of rending and completion. The consumer is not to interfere with the artist’s approach and process of the commissioned artwork, as it is the artists liberty to approach work however they see fit so long as they meet the conditions of their agreement and transactions made.

STREAMING

It is the consumer's responsibility to request stream-time with the artist at the beginning of their placed commission and not after. Exceptions can be made but not everyone may apply. Streaming is a privilege and the consumer can be denied should the artist see fit, or should the requested stream-time availability between consumer and artist not be compatible. Be aware that technical difficulties may cause the stream to end abruptly and thus the commission will either be finished off-stream, or rescheduled for the future, thus extending the deadline but only at the consumer’s request. Consumers are asked to be understanding should this be the case. What the consumer must provide (which will be included in their commission form) should they desire stream-time, is a date of availability as well as a given time-frame. Communication is key, consumers please don't be afraid to speak with your commissioned artist!▼ Onspot commissions that involve on-streaming commission placement are not applicable (outside the technical difficulties statement).

REFUNDS

The artist does not use or spend the money pending until the transaction for the commissioned content has been confirmed as paid-in-full (unless state or confirmed as an emergency otherwise). Should the consumer request a refund due to the inability to pay the agreed amount or is unable due to unforeseen hardship (explanations are not required, but the consumer is responsible for informing the artist) the artist must be afford two weeks before a refund can be delivered. The artist may also refund a commission for any reason at any given time at the artist’s discretion.▼ Conditions: Should the artist have started a commissioner's item and put in work, or otherwise completed the commission, the commissioner may not be entitled to a full refund. The commissioner may receive either half, less than half, or denied the full refund entirely.

SELLING PREMADE DESIGNS

When selling content made by Noctalos please contact the artist first. It is required that the artist be made aware of all handlers regarding their content sold so as to be sure that their artwork is not being used in violation of copyright, or stolen. A reminder that the artist does not allow the profit and/or benefit of their designs being sold, especially for more than what was paid for the content in question. Additional art may add value to a character and/or design sold by Noctalos, but the design remains valued at the price in which it was sold.
